commentI had really bad experience dealing with this company. They have a lack of integrity and you got to be careful when you work with them. I signed a contract with them and they let me travel almost 2800 miles for relocation. It was not easy for me. I traveled it by car because I need my car to be with me. After 3 days of continues traveling and in an effort reaching their place, they and first time I called them the employee replied "according to HR and Finance we don't need anymore consultants". As easy as that. While I had a signed contract in my hand and can't even do anything. So it was waste of time and money for me. I had to stay for couple of months in an effort to join them or find other opportunities nearby. I've been in touch with them trying again and again to reach them they never answer me when I call and never respond to my emails. Sadly I had to return back and drove back 2800 miles. Concisely "Lack of integrity".

commentI was so happy since I joined with PTG. Company gave me the chance to work on what I love and I hope the same will continue further. I really like the phrase from PTG site “If you are an ambitious individual with the ability to drive your own career, then please consider opportunities with us.” I really appreciate the company for giving such opportunity to employees. commentI have been watching the company growing very rapidly in last 3 years. I see many people from Infosys, Accenture join this company in Microsoft. They must be doing some thing good to attract the talent. I also see many people from India coming here and they seem to be favorate employer in Bellevue who does sponsor for Green Card as promised.

commentI have been with PTG for around 1 year and my experience so far has been real smooth and amazing. Throughout my career I always have worked for big corporations and I was little apprehensive prior to joining PTG. But it didn't take me long to realize that I was part of a very well organized professional group. My previous employer took almost 5 years in initiating my green card process and in contrast I got my labor/I-140 approved in under 6 months with PTG. I think you have a very systematic processes for H1 and for green card process.
I would like to extend my thanks to PTG for helping with my H1 and with my Green card. I really appreciate all your help in my smooth transition from PTG to client as a full time employee.

commentI just completed one year journey with PeopleTech Group inc. I am having a pleasant association with PTG- with my pears, the supporting staff at PTG and the Management.
To say in one word: PTG is very employee friendly, it’s flexible and accommodative towards the employees.
The flexibility and accommodation pertains to:
- Employee compensation
- Benefits
- Immigration
- Placing consultant with clients.
With recent initiative of allocating budget for employee training in new and upcoming tools PTG went one more step ahead in proving that it’s really an employee friendly organization.

commentThis company is the most unprofessional consulting company that I have ever comes across and the founder and his family pretty much dictate everything and play to their whim. Like on e of the reviewer mentioned before, they got into accounts like Microsoft and Amazon through back doors and kick backs. The lure consultants with many promises and once you are in, the dirty picture unravels itselfs slowly.
Stay away from this company and by now I hope they are on radar of the immigration and federal watch.

commentThis company is a big fraud. They have some inner links with clients like Amazon & Verizon. Taking advantage of this they are making bad money. They lure professionals on pretext of applying H1 for them & take a huge amount of money. people like Vijay Gupta & Ateeq Ahmed sit somewhere in India & mention themselves as if they are somewhere in Seattle. If USCIS & DOL is reading this take strict action against them, audit them deep & you will find the roots. If anybody out there been a victim or worked with them, post your real life experience. This company should be banned.

The BDE will be expected to come to us with a book of contacts that can be
leveraged to build the relationship network. Also required is the
experience to understand the client business model and communicate it to the
rest of the delivery team.
The successful candidate will also need to be able to discuss their ability
to:
-Identify specific sales opportunities for the different types of
consulting
-Understand how and when to focus prospect s in the different
responsibility models (responsibility vs. staff augmentation, fixed
price/scope/price, support models and SLA's)
-Understand how and when to focus prospect s in the different
fulfillment models in consulting (i.e. managerial, general, systems,
process, etc.)
The compensation package will be base plus commission. Active accounts
will be provided to allow time for the BDE to develop new accounts to take
their place of in revenue and margin credit for comp plan purposes.
Desirable additional skills and capabilities would be
- Background in consulting delivery, pre-sales support or systems engineer role
- Exposure to or background in project management issues
