They will qualify for Prestigious award for highest Bench members around 250 at a time. So you can think how many people will be in the oaks of Collin Creek Guest houses as well as outside.
They will steal your Important Proofs(Number Copy) and hide the pay rate.
Never ever got the chance to know pay rate from Marketing teams.

Pay rate:They will submit your profile to 75-100$ on an average but you will get around 5o$ around from Client & after deductions 30$ on Hand. Especially their Accountant Venkat Suresh will hide your pay,finally when you onboarding to job after 3-4 months you have to beg to Accountant(Venkat suresh) for pay rate.

(a)If it is 75% you have to pay insurance [you will get 32$]

commentI have been working with this company for the past 1 year. I dint have any bad experience until now. Pays on time. Never had delays in the payment as the salary is automatic deposit for evry 15 days. Marketing is good. They even provide health insurance. The only problem is the pay will be little low when compared to others, you need to bargain for that.

commentCompany is really good and this is my 5th year working and never had any problems.They pay bi weekly irrespective of client pays or not...they dont keep your money..but if you want salary or percentage increase,then you have to bargain 1 or 2 months before,,thats it other than any issues.
They tell your billing rate properly and marketing is good.
I know lot of guys who has done masters here,they blame each and every company here,and rate themselves as super as they get 100 or 120/hr if they go outside .
But thats not the fact..
anyway company is good ..pay on time,they pay my medical insurance and 5th year and my gc is in process.

commentits a waste company to work, full mass marketing you will get more than 10 phone calls from the vendors for the same requirement.No direct clients, they have only few direct vendors.i agree with rama if you are % base they will lie the rate. For me when i am getting 90$ from the vendor they told me 65$ its not at all acceptable.Later on i came to know the rate from the client and i left the Company. what ever pramod was telling is true when you are in project they beg you to take the interviews for their bench consultants who are on OPT.

I went through the comment and the reviews and Now I am completely confused....I did discussed with them regarding data warehousing and they always sound more strong on data warehousing part...can any tell me how good they are for data warehouse field, pay rate, direct client for data warehouse, ETL, Cognos or Master Data Management..etc..
