I am an ex-employee with Saibersys Inc and also the sister company Amensys, Inc I worked for more than 2 years. they never paid me my full salary. this people never answer your calls and they never reply to your emails. The HR Ram Prasad I think He works from India he never answers calls and he never replies to emails. he replies to only a few girls. And also I have the chat screenshots that he was texted with other female employee asking for ____ favor. and talking abt other female consultants. I'm going to complain to the USCIS abt this Company.

when I left the company they didn't pay me the last 2 months salary and they took my empty check when I joined.

Director of the company please teach some sense to your staff.

Stay away from this company to save your life. You are here for a living and they never care about your concerns.

Hi all,
I am a employee in this company and I am facing many issues with the, there are many thing that the management needs to look into but they are completely money minded and involved in only getting as much money as possible from them and least bothered about them when students need company.
1. They promise to sign all the documents required initially but back off when the time arrives.
2. They take the money for H1 filing and also charge LCA wages from students even after taking percentage and this is not how a professional company works.
3. The Owners words are sugarcoated but gradually he will show his true colors.
4. They never give money on time to employees for stay period with them and stop marketing there profiles saying they are not in a stage to work , if you understand they are not in a stage to work I would like to know why do you even hire them initially
5.This is betrayal ,Hiring students as you want and later saying they are not eligible for job and stop marketing is not correct , understand you are wasting their time also employee should also understand its just statistics for you but for them you are hope.
6. They always take extra money by deducting from the salary of employee and say some stupid reasons for it, and when asked the management people won't respond and ask to talk to Owner of company , who never has time to talk to students.
7. They do not give any confirmation regarding H1 filing only thing employee is involve(can say suffering) is deducting there pay.
8.They never respond on time for namesake they have a management but I can say it is Dictatorship because it is the owner who takes decision even for pity issues, what is the management for?
9. There sister company amensys works same way
GOD WILL DEFINETLY PUNISH
I hope you consider this and atleast look into some issues, rather than concentrating on how to taunt people a try to resolve these issue.

No issues so far, they pay on time. They didn't lie about the rate.

Operations team is very supportive and friendly. Any questions or any help they will respond immediately and help at any cost.

I am currently employed with Saibersys and below are the few merits of joining this company:

1. You will be trained by certified professionals.
2. Employees will be accommodated (with all amenities) in the guesthouses until they deployed to the client locations.
3. Marketing is completely outstanding since 30+ recruiters are working on your resume.
4. Marketing team always look to improvise your chances by keep tracking your profile submissions.
5. The CEO is down-to-earth and you can reach them anytime either by phone or email.
6. Relocation Assistance/Financial assistance will be provided if needed.
7. Supportive staff.
8. I can confidently say that they honor all promises and pay on time. The management of the company is good and Organized.
9. The marketing team is very good and patient.
10. They also provide good health insurance coverage which has been very useful.
11. Great place to begin the career especially for someone who are beginners.
12. Last but not the least, visa processing should be smooth.


I dint have any bad experience until now. Pays on time. Never had delays in the payment as the salary is automatic deposit for every 15 days.

Very Unsatisfied with this employer.One of the Unethical companies I have ever seen. You must have a begging experience before joining in this company so that u can get used to salary begging.

You can never easily communicate with them,they wont easily reply to your msgs you have to keep sending them infinite mails to get response and if there is an issue with them, they will ignore your emails and phone calls.

They will make false promises like sponsorship, Hike etc but never bother once you join,my colleagues still beg them for sponsorship.

OPT guys should never ever try to contact this employer(i am serious), they will show the hell. they will never help you in any thing and will expect a lot from the emps

Summary:
Its the worst company to work with.
They do not treat employees with respect.
They do not keep their verbal promises.
They only care about making money, Money and infinte amount of Money
