Terrible. They do not pay you on time and just pretend to have a project. Will keep you on bench for a long time and will try to push you in a project with a totally different skill set. They are out to make money. They do not bother about you or your suffering.

This is not a consulting company, not genuine, not effective in maintaining immigration rules .. no one knows how to follow the rules ,, they will not care and they won't respond to consultants when required. I will not recommend to any one to join in this company.. Please do prefer any white vendor companies ..

My Experience with Saicon Consultants over more than 9 years is following

They have more than 800 employees on there payroll
They Have lot of Direct clients
They have a very good marketing team
The have filed many H1b and Green cards and out of them many have been approved because of there good track record and proper work.

They Sponsored my H1b Visa then Applied for extension also and then I got My GC done from them too.

When I came to US they provided proper accomodation. Helped he get trained to sharpen my skillset.
so my monthly expenses were also cared for.

When I got employed they Did pay me promptly as per my request whether it could be bi weekly or monthly.
My salary was also incremented properly in long Term.

I did not had to pay for my H-1B visa expenses
I did not had to pay for Green Card
They kept me on there direct payroll
They paid me when I was not the bench too.

They Had My proper Insurance done.
Every time the paid for my relocation charges

I am happy with this company and thankful to them for all the help they provided to me.

I am working with Saicon since last 7 years and had a very stable job and proper growth.
The remuneration for also good. They do reward your hard work.
I am working in India as Team lead and I started with as recruiter in the company and over the years of my hard work have been rewarding and i have been promoted to Tech lead position.If you are ready to work hard then this is the only company you should look for. They have allowed me to work from home when i had family issues. The senior management from US really takes care of recruiter and all the employees in India. The work environment is also really good. Food and everthing is also taken care of properly.
I would rate saicon 5 out of 5.

This review is from my bottom of my heart and sole as a consultant and employee of saicon, i had gone through horrible situation like no other person in the company because of uneducated people are in management and waiting how they respond to any kind of situation..

I could explain my current situation in-detail but I can't because of privacy policy, all i can say is "They did throw me under the bus" ..

I sincerely recommend anyone who are looking to join this saicon consultancy, please please please look for some other american consultancies or any Indian consultancy who will help you to communicate in all your problems with their employees if they are in trouble with immigration and who can get you job very quickly, there are really very good companies please do not fall in to a trap..

May be this company is started before 10 years but they are still learning about the immigration rules they never have any experienced staff in their company and very poor in communicating to their employees, they promise magical numbers at the beginning ..but once you are an employee then they show you stars in the daylight .. Everyone in that company like HR, Marketing, Immigration will never communicate to their consultants, they feel they are the only one consulting company in usa and they feel like they work for President ..

I was with Saicon for 7 years and have not had any issues in terms of salary, petition extension, GC processing or contacting any individual within the firm. It's possible that I was one of the fortunate few, but my experience has been good. I did have a few complaints regarding the sales team once in a while, but it all worked out fine towards the end. I would recommend this company to people who are on H1 with a great skillset and looking to get their GC processed. Saicon does not take any short cuts to stay out of any legal trouble. Thanks to everyone in this company once again.
