I worked in this company for almost for 7 years and haven't been settled up yet till date no proper h1b filing no i40 approval or any thing only thing what they need suck the blood of the employees salary ,with out paying them properly and taking 60 % to them(company) and 40% to the employee, you need to beg for the salary as they were not intend to pay you on time i am the one who suffered a lot and lost my carrier in the united states ,till date they haven't been payed my salary since 2021 and i keep on begging them ,they allow to work for 2 to 3 projects if you were capable off and they wont pay you as it is illegal even they know that.my self looking to report to the uscis and labor department ,they played with my carrier and personal life.
