I have been their H1B employee for couple of years now. The CEO and the Recruiting team is very determined to their work. Personally I got my job within a week after my previous contract was ended. They also helped me in the paper work for my Visa stamping. They pay on time and they have everything open to the employees like online time sheets, W-2's etc..I would highly recommend shubh solutions as one the best and trust worthy company.

I have been with this company for five years and I never had any problem with them. Their compensation is competitive and they are good at placements. Such a waste company, all fake promises, And most important of all, mis behaves with women and this is a fact. If you want mental and financial tensions in your life then this consultancy is best suitable. If you are getting project then you are good to go but if not then this company will make your life miserable by demanding money. These people will talk so nicely when you will go for H1B filing inquiry but once you paid all the money your painful days are no more far. So, just “STAY AWAY” from this company.

I had really bad experience with this consultant. This consultant doesn't have any good projects. The owner of this company is cheater and doing business just for earning money by cheating people. Don't ever go to this company if you want save your career and money.

They say they have dedicated vendors but they have none. All they do is put ur resume on net and wait and wait till u get calls.No proper training, no mock interviews, and that guys hunger for money doesn't end. One of my relative had very bad experience with Shubh solution. I heard bad reviews from multiple people about Shubh solution. Shubh Solution employees talk very arrogantly, and indirectly ask for money to stay on H1B without projects. Worst Company for H1B, green Card. Just visit make surprise visit to office and you’ll get actual idea what’s going on in the office.

Shubh solutions is my current petitioner who has got my I-797 approved and has been holding it. he is not exposing any information to me including my I-94.
Even he did not informed me regarding my H1 approval. I had to call him so many times.
Now He is not having any client for me, so he is threatening me for the money to run my pay stub for October. When I denied to give money, he asked me to revoke my H1.
Even when I asked him to give my I-797 approval and my legal I-94 than he is refusing to give any of them.

Shubh Solutions is most blunder consultant I ever seen. I would say do not prefer this consultant for your career. He will pull you in trouble in each & every step.
