SilverXIS is one of multiple companies who contracts out in the San Francisco area. Having gone through the application process I was scheduled to take the drug test next. When I o to take the drug test and reviewed the information I find out that SilverXIS had placed my cell phone as the SSN on the drug form and had to update that with the clinic.

After the drug test I was advised I would be contacted for the hiring date and never heard anything for over a week. With no communication I finally had to move to a new address and on that date oddly enough Silver XIS contacts me asking why I wasnt at the training. After a long heated talk the liason admitted to not sending me the email with the start date/time and then goes so far as to offer me a payday advance if I will go to the job now. Explaining that I was not at fault and had to relocate today we ended the call.

Weeks later I find out so they could protect their own behind they told the company I had applied to via them that I had turned down the job... when I couldnt turn down what they didnt offer promptly. So, sadly rather than fess up to making a mistake they ended up having me blacklisted by a potential employer...

Stay away from SilverXIS...

I really like SilverXis, they are very honest and really care about who you are. I had talked to many firms before joining, and everyone was treating me like a product. SilverXis treated me more professionally and they were honest. I would recommend this firm to everyone.

Pros:
SilverXis also pays on time every two weeks regardless if they get paid or not. Really cares about you as a person, and honest. Will do your H-1 on time, and also file for green card soon after H-1.

Cons:
Sometimes is hard to get hold of the main person there, as he is always on the phone. But once you do meet him, than he will take care of you.
