commentPlease stay away from falling into a trap.
Sharing my story as well as of 2 of my colleagues who joined this worst desi consulting company -
1) They will file your H1B 'for free' (Later you will realize its not free, as they cut the amount from your payslip)
2)They could not place me in a project for 4 months after joining. They will blame you for not being competent rather than blaming their worst marketing team.
3)You have to pay out of your own pocket if you dont find project. For the 4 months that I did not work, they charged me $1,800 per month as tax amount based on my LCA salary amount to file my tax returns (I had to pay employee tax as well as employer tax) So for 4 months I paid total $7,200.
4) Even after paying $7,200 for tax on bench, they did not give me any payslip. They never reply to my emails.
5) When I ask for payslip they say they have mailed it maybe lost in transit, will check. Same reply even after following up 50 times.
6) I am unable to transfer my H1B as they do not give payslips. When I request, the CEO threatens me by saying he will revoke my H1B and show me as absconding if I complain to DOL.
7)Friends my career has been ruined here and my blood has been sucked to the last drop. Request you to not fall in the same trap, please stay away.

I am planning to go with SplendTek for my new H1B visa filing for this 2015 quota. I read from the comments here that they do not pay you properly, and cheat you. But normally we plan to change the company after few months and try to go for full time positions, do they create any trouble while leaving the company? I mean while transferring the visa from splendtek to some other company? Please share your experience on how they cheated and caused trouble. Thanks in advance. -

comment Pandu - 7/9/2013 - Yes you will get paid on time since most of what you make is kept by the company. You get paid pennies ON TIME or else you will leave right?
You will never know what you actually make. Good luck. -

commentI dont recommed this company. Worked for it for 2 years before I freed myself. They are horrible to deal with and even goto the extent of threatening you. You will never know your real bill rate, since they keep high margins. Hope this is helpful

commentThis company is establed to drain you. They do not pay you for the hours you worked and try to keep high margings. When you try to leave the company you mmight face adverse actions.
