commentI have been with this company from more then 1 yr, Its a great company where you can find highly technical people and high level quality work. They treat employees well. Will get pay on time. I am very happy and satisfied with their policy. They are very transparent with all the employees and especially whatever they promise they will do it. Their visa process paper work is good.

commentMy experience with Spruce Technology was very positive, so I decided to share that perspective, too.
I joined Spruce Technology as an H1-B employee and they transferred my visa pretty quick. A year and half after that, I got my green card for myself and the whole family. I'm pretty terrible in those administrative things but Spruce staff was guiding me throughout the process and the whole thing was done without much pain.
I am still with Spruce, and can testify that every thing that was promised to me actually came to fruition. We are always looking for good talent, so I encourage everybody to reach out and hope to see you there.
I hope that this review helps a bit, being a foreigner myself, I understand some obstacles that people may face in this process.

commentThis company is fraud.A business need to be run based on ethics and integrity.But the owners don't have any shame forget about ethics in the first place.The owners collect all the H1 fees from the prospective job seekers or GC seekers.They will go to the lowest level to steal money from you for your visa sponsorship.They won't give anything in writing.All the shady things will be done on phone.As an employee you will not be treated even as a human.A bunch of crooks who are very greedy.They will continue sucking your blood until the last day you are with them.
People need to report these kind of greedy people to department of labor about all the violations they commit day in and out.I hope the department of labor is already tracking their phone calls and will soon send them to jail.

Lost 1.5 lakhs with this company for H1 -

commentYes. This company is fraud. I should have read reviews before applying H1 through Spruce Technology. I applied for H1 visa this year. I gave 6 lakhs. This company promised to return 4.5 lakhs after reducing the lawyer fees. I got only 3 lakhs returned. They are not returning rest of the money. My application is not selected in lottery. After reading these reviews, I think they did not apply for anything. I am now in a loop of calling them and visiting their Hyderabad office. They never pick up calls. I am getting different answers each time I go to their office. They do not answer any question directly. I am not sure how can I get my money. I am thinking of reporting to police.

commentI joined this company on OPT. They promise % salary, but never runs the paycheck with the promised salary. They will say
we get the rest of the money as bonus. I got fed up asking about the salary and resigned, never got bonus.
Marketing team is worst. They operate from India and they don't know about how to market in US.
They don't even understand what skillset we have, what skill set the requirement is about.
I was on bench for 3 months with no salary. No training, nothing.
They misrepresented me to Vendor as H1. The vendor sued the company. I got scared that if the vendor reports to
immigration authorities, my OPT may be cancelled.
These guys are cheating on salary and I didn't want to work in this risky environment.
So, I resigned. Guys, please wake up and find a good consultancy which keeps promises or you might lose your OPT too.

Cheating and never returns H1 sponsor money -

commentCompany owner is cheater. Took 5 lakhs from me to apply for H1 visa last year. Don't know whether he applied for my H1 visa. He said my application not selected in lottery. Did not return even the government fees. All money is gone.
My 2 years savings is gone. Don't know what to do.
Please be careful, don't believe all the talk. This is a cheater company. You will lose all your money.

commentThey Make all false promises.
First they charge $4000 for H1B as a deposit and they will never pay you back.
They will not pay entire amount as your paycheck. They pay 50-60% of your paycheck and hold the remaining with them mentioning they will pay as bonus.But there will not be any bonus paid. I lost $30,000.
Even if you have good pay rate like 70-75/hr. you will end up getting only 30-35/hr. Remaining will be shown as bonus which you will never get.
The owner so mischievous that he will never reply through emails and always call on phone.He will not give any confirmations on the deposit nor the your salary holdings with him.
So aware and avoid this consultancy.
