However, my experience with Sriven Technologies in last 7 years is a fact of accomplishments and amazement's .The management is always been helpful indeed and proactive dealing any kind of career related questions to ensure the issues are addressed and taken care on time.
The main attribute that amazes me is a commitment, “like when they promise they do it”.

commentI have been working with Sriventech for quite a long time. A well reputed company with core values and good business ethics. Strong sales and marketing teams coupled with excellent leadership. I never seen a director connecting directly with its employee and trying to resolve if they have any issues. No salary issues and delays in payroll. Staff and management is friendly and efficient, ready to help anytime. Very much impressed the directors attitude of reaching out employees and helping them in possible manner. Would surely recommend this company.

commentI have been with this firm for past 5 years and I never had any issues. Management is Very professional and dependable people to work with. They have lot of employees even though they give personal attention to each and every employee. Sriventech is having very good marketing team and myself I got placed with in 3 weeks of time for every project when I moved. immigration and H1B related they always upfront and give prompt response and update each step in the process. I never worried about pay, h1b extensions, immigration related matters. I personally referred many people to this firm and all of them are very happy. commentIt's been an exciting ride that I'm very fortunate to be a part of Seiven, when I joined Sriven in 2011 I thought its a small company but I was surprised by Sriven's Marketing department onshore/offshore. They were able to place me in IBM (From IBM's vendor) with in a week. I never got chance to call them as they are very prompt in all aspects. They never delayed my payments. Last but not least I should mention about Sriven Management. They are just awesome.

commentI joined in Sriven technologies in the month of october and i was working for the client at the month end i called him for salary he did not pick my call and tried sevaral times for sevaral weeks no reply from sriven tech.after working for two months with out pay i left the company . still he did not pay my salary $12000. i enquired in india as per the site he claims he is having two offshore locations in hyderabad, those are fake nothing is existing at those locations. i am going to file a case against this company in india . Please keep away from this company.This is fake company.
