I have been an employee with StanSource for over 7 years. I joined them when I was on an OPT, at present my I-140 is cleared and am waiting on my green card.

In terms of paperwork and various applications, both the StanSource team and the lawyers who represent them have been precise and made sure I had all the necessary documents across various stages from H1 applications/stamping documents/GC- application & labor. I have had no issues discussing or clarifying questions with StanSource or their lawyers.

Payments have been prompt and I have had no delays. The CEO is very approachable, from time to time over the years I have had discussions with him regarding technology and market trends to help me equip myself better. I have also worked with other StanSource employees whenever I needed inputs for client technologies I wasn't familiar with.

I was referred to this company when I was in the job market the last time, I have also referred people I know of to StanSource.

They treat their consultants and employees pretty well.The boss is outspoken. I was happy working here. Got paid well,fair and promptly. Sales are hard working people. Management is okay.

Never go with Stansource .. They charge 2500 USD and they rip you off !
NO news after charging the money . You never get your VISA !

They submit with NO client letter and you get rejected automatically !

They have no direct or 3rd level clients also ! WORST company to sponsor H1B ...

Also TECHNOVIZ and STANSOURCE are related and are big time fraud companies

Close to complete 2 years working with Stansource, I am very happy to work with Stansource, the CEO is really down to earth, call him any time he will answer your call, he will listen to us(this is very important) and he will support us(He is having good leadership qualities). I am really enjoying my consulting career with Stansource.
I had a very very bad experience with my previous employer who updated me about my Labor,once it is got expired, he won't give respect to non-relative consultants.

Recently my spouse also joined in Stansource and I referred one of my friend they both are happy.I definitely keep referring more people to Stansource.

this is the worst company ever.Those who are planning to file hib with them please be aware that they will con you.they dont do a good job of anything after collecting the money...they dont market your resume properly...never respond to your mails ,calls ....and you will end up like me with the hib rejected and money gone....i have been harrased by them for the last one year and i'm still to get my money...so if you are thinking of filing with them ...think again.......i regret i didnt get to see any correct reviews about them before i filed with them

I have been with the Stansource around four years.And I don't see any issues with the payments.They have pretty decent marketing team.Even I got my GC labor and I-140 approved in 8 months period.

I had a very bad experience with Stansource. As other reviews also mention, they never pay you on time. Their sales team is good for nothing and paperwork is also not proper.

I left stansource last year and joined another (better) staffing company.I really had to fight hard with them for W2 and experience certificate.

This company hires people on c2c basis and never pays money to the vendors. Their office phone never works the most disgusting part is this phone number also doesnt has any voicemail. The people are so rude as if they are paying the employees for free.
