commentI would suggest not to waste your money on doing a training from here especially if you are looking to get placed too. It is a sheer waste of time and money. I have done my BA course from them and did not get placed, the BA course is incomplete as it does not provide with all the necessary training to get placed.
They lure contractors to work for them and takes 3 months to come back and say they got project now and without interview they want to place, once contractor says yes, then they start process of submitting fake resumes, conducting interview took by other people for you and finally they say they lost the project. They did this to multiple people in my network. The negative reviews by other people are correct and good reviews posted by management
People who are in higher level positions got there because they are buddys of CEO. The CEO has something wrong, he acts more like a dictator than a CEO. Regina knows absolutely nothing. DO NOT WORK THERE! There are no ethics, shady practices, terrible treatment of employees, the list goes on. No direction, NO good HR in place, LOTS OF TURN OVER in management.. needs to get their act together prior to any more corporate hiring. CEO calls the shots, period.
- 1/17/2018 - Thanks for the feedback, but we are talking about the United States where no one can actually 'lure' somebody into something unless they are blindfolded or handcuffed. The placement or the job is never guaranteed. As we all know employment is at will in California, so people coming in and going out is purely their decision. Every business has its own attrition rate and this is seasonal - sometimes it is high and sometimes it is low. This review is inappropriate as it has mentioned personal names and disrespecting language. From a business perspective, we will never have 100% happy customers but we still thrive on feedbacks and believe in working towards improvement on a daily basis. -

commentHands Down the cheapest place i have worked at. This place is one woman show (Reet).. if she is not there this place will shut down within hours, she is doing sales, marketing, helping, co-ordinating. Do not waste your time and energy, these guys fool you around, you literally have to chase CEO to get paid....which never happens.. everytime you ask him money...he will start telling you how he has daughter to feed and have no money.

commentGenuinely one of the best training I've attended. I am really thankful to Strategism Inc for providing such a wonderful Training in Salesforce. The training was very useful and we learned more than what I had expected. Everyday I was learning new concepts, which is connected to previous topics. Which helps us in understanding the current topics. The Trainer talk was inspiring, informative and his method of delivery was so easy to receive. Thanks for the training, really worth it. Immediately applicable also. I am also thankful to all stuff for helping us all the time. High recommendation for those, who willing to enhance skills and knowledge for their professional career.

There is absolutely no reason to get into business with these guys unless you want to get ripped off
All positive Reviews in glassdoor are written by them. I worked here. So I know every week they used to write reviews themselves!!
Owner of the company hardly comes to office. You cant do single stuff without his permission!
You will go mad working here if you have worked in good organisations
This company works by adding fake experience to employees resumes, scripting interviews with instructors assisting employees with answering questions.
STOP this malpractice of luring candidates by promising them a job.
STOP cheating your clients by selling an entry-level consultant as someone who possesses 8-10 years of experience.
STOP humiliating the industry.
- 9/19/2017 - I took CSM, CSPO, PMP Certification training from Strategism but I never felt something wrong or they are doing fake. I know many people who also took training from Strategism and they have the same opinion. I guess this is all negative marketing doing by the competitors by seeing the success of Strategism in very short time. -

commentNew people coming in are driving old gems of people out. Strategism is no longer a good place to work.
The company is ran horribly from top down. Processes don’t make sense. They don’t pay vendors on time. Management shows little respect for the employees and gladly accepts accolades with success, but quick to point fingers with anything not successful. They don’t have people skills, don’t appreciate their employees. unlawful activities (running payroll, asking for h1 b money, putting fake experiences on visa applications)
People leave because of the owners and new management. Hire people that know what they are doing rather than letting people go.
Should listen to Senior Employees and please don't listen to your new hired employees who will leave you when they get better opportunities.

Warning! This company is a Rip Off. Don't waste your money!
They will promise to train and place you. The training is mediocre at best. Mostly spend time in a room having the trainer read a series of PP slides on terminology. The trainer is often late or class time and date will be changed last minute because they need to do something else. The passing grade for the training is 40 percent so no one fails the course but the bar is placed very low. This way they can say you passed the course if you ask for a refund.Once the course is complete they ask you to sign a 6 month exclusive contract and require you to remove your resume off all job boards otherwise you risk a $10,000.00 fine. They don't promise you a job and they are contingency recruiters and still they require this. Their resume review is no more than sending you a copy of a fake resume with a bunch of skills and jargon and telling you to copy it as if it was your own. If you refuse they will no longer take interest in helping you to get placed. I asked them what will I do if I take a job and I can't perform all the skills I've listed on my resume. They told me not to worry because companies don't expect you to know everything. Don't waste your time with this company

commentStrategism online adds are very promising. Words like Training/Certification/Placement are very desirable, especially for out of work people. Strategism will abuse your desires.
Training was online with India. Bad connection, questionable instructor credentials. Classes dropped without warnings. Omitted important topics. Went all the way tempted by placement.
Certification??? None. Still traiing to figure out why was it mentioned in Strategism promises.
Placement??? 5 months later, no interviews. And I was told I am the best candidate to find a job. They have no real affiliation with any company. They will be sending your resume to craigslist postings as you could do.
Big question at the end "What have I paid for?"
Going through a court hearing on refund. There are other classmates like me.
Don't waste your money and time!
