commentThey will never pay salary as they promised. They will force you to sign on one-sided contract after joining company. You will never happy with management, everything goes careless and unprofessional behavior. They will treat employees just like a slaves who are in H1 visa. This company will promise you before join that you will get percentage based salary (80:20), but they will give only 55k per annum even though you got more than $70/hr from client. Once you transferred the H1 visa, you can't transfer ur visa to other company because of their worthless rules(They will give current month pay-stub after 40 days, this much old pay-stub will not accepted by USCIS to transfer). They will stop green card process in-between. You will not get health insurance and other allowances. Still you can't complain about all these issues to DOL because they can revoke ur H1 visa. They are running fake company called Tisha professionals(running by same management). Beware of this company. Show some mercy on you before join this company. I hope I wish I pray to seize and stop this company by DOL.

commentThe training provided was hopeless .Please don't join this company or similar companies. I wasted my 6 months and my money associating with living in the guest house and no body cares. the only thing they care about is the marketing face where they make you a fake resume that says you have 7 years experience to get you a job as a senior developer where the median wage is at least 120k a year , so they can get minimum half of it (60k) and they let you struggle with your daily tasks in the project and the worse is that they never sponsor your H1B , they push you to register again in school and you pay tuition from your own pocket (in order to maintain your status) and they still get their net money where they pay you 45 days after each paycheck (they hold your money at the bank may be to get some interest... )
i consider this kind of job as a modern slavery that the government should tackle as soon as possible.
- 7/30/2013 - Can you suggest me something decent when it comes to consultancies as you know joining them is not an option sometimes.
