great company to work for. I got my H-1 approved, they paid on time, never had any issues with payroll or immigration approvals. very straight forward. got my GC and moved out after a few months

Working with Valsatech is an amazing experience in carrier growth. It offers good benefits, salaries and good compensation if you move up. Valsatech has a direct relationship with various client so you no need to work in multilayers model. It provides multi cultural environment, friendly management and good projects.

Beware of this company and H1B scam they are doing. They hire the foreign professionals and without any training put them in the marketing and take the money from them for applying H1B visa process which is illegal.

They don't have any direct relationship with prime vendors and you need to go through multiple tiers. Also there is complaint filed with DOL on this company for not paying the H1B employee and for taking the money from H1B beneficiary for the visa process.

Please make sure to think twice before joining this company.
