commentI regret to share my negative experience with Vedamsoft, which I believe is a fraudulent company. Initially, they promised to file H1B visas and took a significant amount of money from H1 aspirants. However, as the process unfolded, they began providing vague explanations when asked for tracking numbers.
Pressing them for information led to more stories, and their promised references turned out to be fake. I strongly advice to avoid this consultancy for H1B and waste of spending Lakhs of rupees. The company also has a concerning practice of delaying salary payments, adding to the overall negative experience.
It's essential to note that positive reviews may be biased, potentially coming from their recruiters. I strongly recommend avoiding this consultancy to prevent similar disappointing experiences.

commentMy Experience with Vedamsoft !
I joined this consultancy in the month of June 2022. And Spend almost 3 months in doing Marketing. I am getting interviews but the support from them is worst. I tried to tell them lot of time about it. Every time they will just say [I will take care]. Endup without Job and I left it. Please don't join just by seeing reviews or someone who already placed there. They will tell you will you get job within 1 month . If you listen to them and go with them .Just go and experience the worst and waste your time. Sorry If anyone hurts. Its my frustation of wasting my time and money with them.

Cannot find a better organization which is reasonable and always does things emphasizing students situation. These guys takes good care in paying wages in timely manner and also helps in paper work for the work authorization as well. Most trustable guys in the industry because they don't have forked tongues based on the situations.

I got trained with in-person training for four weeks and got placed in a couple one weeks, The recruiter I was working with was very professional and helpful when it came to answering any concerns that I had. He was proactively getting my resume across to many clients that matched my profile.
I highly recommend it for students who are seeking job opportunities. I struggled in job market from past 2 years. My friend recommended this company. I got placed and start working in client location with in 3 weeks of marketing. They have very good marketing team. I used to get minimum of 70-80 calls per day. I recommend this company to people who are looking for jobs. They provide good salary and other benefits like H1b, training, relocation expense, travel and other services. They have many openings for Java Developers. I can recommend this for people who are seriously looking for Job.

commentI have been in contact with marketer of this company who promised that he we help me with a job before start of my OPT and training. But later after I had done with my training he was delaying things deliberately. I had requested that he need spend some time on my profile. Then he just said we cannot go forward with your profile. Thats was not good. Dont join this consultancy. They are fake and waste of time. Thank you!
