commentThe QA training provided by VST Consulting is Excellent. The QA training is for 4 weeks, and they teach both Manual and Automation. It is a crash course. The Selenium and SDLC training is good to get started with marketing. The trainer Mr. Sunil is great.
The support from marketing team is tremendous and they give good support and have good contacts.
As they have promised they placed me with in 3 months.
Overall I have a great experience working with VST.

commentCome here and you will repent!! Mark my words. The husband wife duo are absolutely shameless when it comes to talking to anyone. Almost like some antagonist! They will talk to you with no respect,take you for granted, cheat you of the salary you deserve, breach the contract and take advantage of your helplessness when you're in dire need of a job, eventually forcing students to accept their offer. Words cannot describe how beneath humanity the CEO is, he would talk in his native language and insult you without your knowledge. Many consultancies might do the same, but I would highly recommend that you avoid VST for sure. Remember this always, no matter what the situation is, where you're life takes you, never compromise on your self respect to these guys. Trust your destiny and I assure you, it will work out. For now, my sincere advice to everyone who might want to come here, do yourself a favor and avoid this. Let fortune take a U-turn for the extremely inconsiderate CEO. The training program is well suited and adequate for individual consultant's need ranging from junior through senior levels.

commentThe QA training provided is like a crash course in 3 weeks. the QTP and ALM sdlc training is good to get started with marketing. after that depends on learning curve of candidate in IT in general. Good company for "freshers".the marketing team give good support and have good contacts.have seen people get placed soon enough in general .consider market situations also.

commentwhen i joined, i was told they train each and everything in QA but after few weeks of training nothing there. they doesn't even cover 50% of contents and told training over. no interview preparation nothing. but they take full fees at the time of joining.

commentI have trained in one institute in Edison NJ last year in Aug.
They could not arrange one interview for 3 months.
When i approached VST, they spoke to me(Very nice people), they cleared undersand what i want and they said what they can do, they started marketing me from Jan 2014, on Feb 3rd i joined Media company in NY.
They re trained me in subject, interview process.At least 5 people spoke to me on phone from VST to explain and educate me how to pass in the interviews.
When i had issues they arranged technical help.
This is the only company i saw works 6 days a week and pick up phone/reply back immmediately.
Yes their pay is less compared to others. But the kind of work/help/motivation they give is wonderful and they need to keep that margins to pay for others.
I have already recomended 4 of my friends who are taking healthcare training (Domain) for healthcare jobs too.
The previous poster is lying and he might be frustrated. This company trained more than 2500 people and one negative review cannot do any thing to them.
I only can tell any one, please speak to them or visit office and talk to other people then decide.
Do not decide by seeing this reviews.
Negative: They do not start with Percentage basis.

commentI joined VST Consulting in Aug 2012 with a PROMISE of QA Training as well as placement. NO TRAINING Provided but YES $$$$ charged for training with a fake promise of $$$$ refund after 6 month of placement. I was not provided placement for more then 1 year. Talking about the company, If you are looking for H1 visa I bet owner will make you feel like a beggar and will never ever help you filing your H1. 1 year taught me a lot about him. Talking about salary, 90% of the people are dissatisfied with the salaries paid. Wages given are not right. PROXY Interviews are taken and I have the video available for that too, posted on you tube. There are 2 offices in the same office both are his companies. I will report to US Department of Labor. Don't spoil your future. All positive reviews are by some of those lucky people who got placed or under pressure. People don't be afraid and speak truth. Being American Citizen FREEDOM OF SPEECH is my right. My $$$$ is gone but not my future so better save your tomorrow by quitting VST Consulting.
