H-1B Visa 2023 Registration: Timeline and Process

USCIS recently announced that the initial registration period for the fiscal year 2023 H-1B cap will open on March 1. Prospective petitioners and representatives will be able to complete and submit their registrations using USCIS online H-1B registration system. read more

H-1B Registration is a simple online applicant registration process, where employers submit the applicant details for whom they intend to file H-1B. This new process avoids a lot of paperwork for all parties and costs only $10 per applicant in the initial step.

Required Fees:
$10 for each registration. Each registration is for a single beneficiary.

Important Dates in 2022:
March 1st: H-1B Registration Start Date
March 18th: H-1B Registration End Date
March 31st: First round H-1B Lottery results
April 1st to June 30th: Selected applicants file petitions
