How Wage Determination Database Can Help You Get Job Offers?

We have published 319,371 prevailing wage determinations issued by Department of Labor's foreign labor certification system. However, not many people know they can use this free database to find visa job opportunities.

U.S. Immigration laws require that the wage offered to a foreign worker(PERM, H-1B, H-2B, E-3, etc.) must be the prevailing wage rate for the occupational classification in the area of employment. The employers can obtain this wage rate by submitting a request to the National Prevailing Wage Center (NPWC).

The wage database contains some valuable information other visa job databases do not have. Every record includes not only employer, job title, work location, industry, occupation, visa class, minimum wage, but also wage level, supervisory responsibility and education/training/experience/travel requirementsClick here for an example record for Google Inc

Many of those openings will not appear on other visa job databases. Please searchPrevailing Wage Determination Database now, which includes all prevailing wage determinations issued from the OFLC iCERT Visa Portal System since January 20, 2010.
