Prevailing Wage Determinations Issued By Labor Department

We have just published on myvisajobs.com 251,054 prevailing wage determinations issued by Department of Labor's foreign labor certification system on Fiscal Year 2010, 2011 and 2012.

U.S. Immigration laws require that the wage offered to a foreign worker(H-1B, H-2B, E-3, etc) must be the prevailing wage rate for the occupational classification in the area of employment. The employers can obtain this wage rate by submitting a request to the National Prevailing Wage Center (NPWC).

The wage database is different from other visa databases on myvisajobs.com. It includes all prevailing wage determinations issued from the OFLC iCERT Visa Portal System since January 20, 2010. Every record includes employer name, job title, work location, education requirement, experience requirement, industry, occupation, visa class, minimum wage and lots of other information.
