I have worked with Conflux for 4 years, and I always enjoyed with all their departments, Technical teams, immigration team, payroll team, operations teams etc. The company is very transparent and walks you through the h1b transfer and green card process. I have successfully received my green card through this company, and I couldn’t be any happier. The employer is very trustworthy and always sends the payroll in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with this company.

Conflux management is honest and there are no false promises and the Company always complies with government rules, regulations and procedures. It is one of the best consulting companies.All Immigration expenses are taken care by Conflux and they were upfront about all terms before I decided to join them. On starting my carrier I was confused about choosing the right company who can further the skills I gained over the years. I was contacted by several companies to join and I chose CONFLUX as they have been in the business since 2007, for 14 years , were very transparent with the process upfront and what ever is promised, everything is in writing. Few years into my career now I look back and see what a good and bold decision I have made. The staff is good and they will help us out to grow our carrier particularly the way they place us on the right projects, the way they give tips and more importantly training before getting into the project is awesome. I need to mention about their Immigration team The way they take care of status, the way of providing good guidance in each and every step is admirable.Some times the response may be late, but I always have someone at conflux that I can call for immediate response.
