commentI had a very long conversation when i called Lukesh from consiga Technologies.
He is very professional and always educate consultants on career plans.
He believes in individual growth..I was shocked when he said that "when ever you find best job that this you can just give a notice and can leave.I donot want to hold the consultants forcefully.Everybody has to get onto next level"
Man I am so much impressed with the way he talks.I worked as a Mobile Tester with them for one and half years and then when i called him to say that i got a full time Job in Samsung..He recieved very positively and wished me all the best..
When i had problem with h1b sponsorship,I called back lukesh and he took care of everything and he filed my h1.

commentI am with this company since 3 years.The pay was good and they do it on percantage basis .Marketing is quick and lokesh is the best employer.
He takes care of Training and Marketing very carefully.
He spends so much of time with each and every consultant and gives confidence.

commentI am really satisfied with the services Consiga provide. I got my work visa last year and joined one consultancy and lost the confidence. When some of my friend who is working with Consiga suggested to join them. I went them and they took special interest in me and placed in 15 days.
