These guys are absolutely ridiculous. They say a particular policy once they are hiring the OPT people into the company and later will not honor what they have said. They lie we never said that and pay a rate which suits their needs. They hide the billing rate from primary vendors, don't show SOWs and when asked about it, they say it's very less just 45, just 50 , actually we're paying from our pocket. The people who operate this are filthy scumbags , they just want our money. They blame us for their marketing faults. Choose a better employer who does business ethically and pays you what is agreed by both parties, not like these people who change their tone once you are in the project.

And, the very first review on this employer is posted by one of the managing partners. You can see their english skills in that. And, the remaining reviews, they force the employees to post good reviews. Don't believe these.

These people work really hard to place you. They are reliable when it comes to sponsorship and competent in finding you projects when you are out of one. As far as the negatives go, every employer in the market has a few who complain. That's just the way it is. This is a consulting company not a Microsoft or Amazon. The marketing team here is as good as it gets. They will try to land you a role as soon as possible. But, you have to put your own effort in learning the technology. Regarding the pay matter, all I can say is they are pretty fair. I would suggest this employer to new graduates . This is a good place to start your career. I wish you Godspeed!

I have been associated with Ameritek Global Inc from 2015, they helped me find a job in less than week, as i was working at a different location and was unhappy with my employer at the time. A friend introduced me to Ameritek Management, i explained my situation at that time and how i had a location constraint. Call it luck or whatever but they were able to get me a job through their trusted client network in the desired location, i have been working with them since then and its been exactly three years now. Management has been very transparent when it comes to the pay from day 1. They have openly showed me the SOW from the client and been on same good terms from then.Keep in mind this is not any kind of paid review or some kind of personal gain. I do have my fair share of complaints i think everybody has their own issues when they have been working at a same place for long but that's no way to demean. They have sponsored my Visa and worked really hard on my RFE to make sure my petition is approved for which my really grateful. I have personally recommended a lot of my friends who needed to change their employers and i believe they are all really happy with their choice.

The managing director( not the CEO, you know who I'm talking about) is the most crooked person I've ever met. He is full of lies. They lie about the billing rate and lot of other stuff. And, this is not a review being written out of hate. The only reasonable technology where you could trust them and join is php. And, please don't join other technologies with them. I am being serious. They don't have the required trainers or support. They will waste your time and try to push you to PHP. I AM NOT SAYING THIS BECAUSE THEY DID THIS TO ME. I GOT A JOB WITH THEM. BUT, THEY ARE NOT GENUINE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T PAY YOU FOR 3 MONTHS. YOU WILL GET FIRST MONTH PAY AFTER THREE MONTHS INTO THE PROJECT. 2 MONTHS PAY IS ALWAYS WITH THEM. still you want to continue, It's upto you. But, except php they don't have placement experience on any of the trending technologies.
