Enrich( previously Enrich IT) is a company which can termed as one man show, the CEO. I have been with them for more than 5 years.
They act as if they are professional but they are not. One good thing they pay on time but there are other ways they steal from you.

They don't pay for your H1B filing, period. Usually if you are on 80/20 mode, the employer pays for H1B filing, but Enrich IT doesn't pay for H1B filing fee.

If you are fresh MS graduate they expect you to be with them for certain time and if you don't stay they will deduct approximately $5000 from your last pay check.

EnrichIT is like a wolf in a dog's skin. Please be cautious.

I have been working with this company for more than four years and i have never experienced any of the concerns raised by others in this forum. Over all i found this company is very good as compared to other manpower consulting companies. They are very professional and specialized in Oracle ERP implementations. I have referred couple of my friends to this company and they are also working here for almost one year without any complaints.

Enrich IT strives to treat each of its employees with respect and complies with all state and federal laws relating to employee compensation. Any employee who feels that they have not been properly compensated in any way should contact Entich IT directly so that any issues may be resolved. Enrich values its reputation and is always willing to address any issues that employees may have regarding compensation.

No transparency in work or payments, never pay you properly on time, they try to build up all stories, they are not fair, too many shady things going on here, please stay away from this company.

Never join this company, they are fraud when it comoes to money, they will trick you in all possible ways, there is no transparancy in this company, HR doesn't know how to communicate properly.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Too many shady things going on in here. Stay away.
