comment2008- they brought 100s of H-1Bs put them on bench in Edison NJ, none get salaries. Prasad bendre, Krishna Nellutla, Palani, Satish and HR are the worst people. they loot employees money. check my blog for more evidence.

commentI have been working with 3i for more than 2 and a half years. They are very good at immigration and documentation and the HR is always supportive. I always got a response within 1 day of all my queries.
The account manager is very good and reachable.
It is a very good company to work and I strongly recommend 3i Infotech to all.

This is my personal experience & review that I would like to share it with you all.
They are prompt, transparent, Professional & Employee friendly.
Admin,HR & Immigration team is excellent.
Management is really supportive.
Never had any delay in terms of payments,medicals etc.
Excellent documentation for your extensions/amendements.
Account manager is really good as always responsive,reachable & advisable.
I would strongly recommend 3I Infotech to all

commentI am with this employer for three years. The managers , HR are all approachable and will never miss your calls or emails. They have track of all your documentations, dates etc. You will be informed any thing related to your extensions or dates that you need to send your docs etc. I am very happy to be with them and I just give a call for any small/big questions I have and I get the responses immediately.
The best thing I like in this employer is the attorney , the documentation they give is perfect for your extensions/amendments and the care they take for documentation is excellent. They ask you all the docs required and verify them with utmost care. I dont find any single reason to complain and I am happy to be with 3i Infotech.

commentTo start off, I didn't read any other reviews and whatever am writing now is from my personal experience with this company.
I have been with them for almost 8 years now. I'm not gonna say this is the best company out there as I don't know every company in the market. (There definitely could be lot of other good companies). But, I do lot of networking and talk to lot of people about their experiences and the problems they face with their employers. I can confidently say, I know a lot more about the consulting business than the average consultant out there. With all this, 3i definitely is not even in my discussion forum of experiences with employers. I would definitely recommend 3i as an employer with no hesitation and have already referred some friends to them.

commentI have been working with 3i-Infotech Inc for the past 9 years and I have referred many friends and my family members too.
They do excellent documentation for immigration like Extensions, Green Card Process and transfers as well and also they have separate attorney team to look for filings and all other immigration-related issues.
Excellent medical coverage from 3i-Infotech Inc and bi-weekly pay.
Very transparent between employee and employer related.
I strongly recommend 3i-Infotech Inc and its great company to work.

commentI worked for 3i Infotech inc for 4.5 years. There Immigration system is really good and never had any issue with H1 Renewal and Green Card Process.
MY POC development manager Subhash Unnam is really awesome always available for my any query and very much helpful. Management is really supportive and take care of their employees.
Never had any glitch in terms payment, medical and project change, every thing was smooth due to the matured process that they have for each and every thing.

I really appreciate my Manager , HR Department and the Immigration Department. They are the excellent team, very transparent in each and every matter.
Very important they do each activities for employees on-time with perfection. Their Medical Policy is one of the best I have seen compares to my friends who works with other employers.
Last word , I would say 3i-Infotech Inc. is the best place to work !!!

commentMy experience with this company is awesome, i joined this company in 2016 and they are the best in the market
1. I had my pay starting from day one i joined, they pay us on time
2. Medical insurance is the best in the industry, i have not seen such coverage else where let it be diabetic, infertility, cancer etc... all are covered in insurance.
3. Documentation is awesome (i have a friend who had some issues with documentation from a different employer and had to go back to India he joined us 3I-Infotech and they did an awesome job with respect to immigration and my friend came back here with out any issues)
4. My GC was applied according to the norms and all proper paper work and advertisements etc...
5. We have every year gathering as a 3I Infotech team
6. HR is awesome whenever they visit our location they will come and meet associates and discuss about the career
7. They are very transparent with respect any kind of documentation, whatever associate ask for they are ready to provide !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8. Lawyer associated with this company is very professional and does a great job
Overall i would say it is awesome experience to be a part of such wonderful company, one will regret if they do not see the long term benefits to be a part of this company

commentDo not join in this company.The HR is one of the worst HR of all time.You can find his name in this website.He doesn't respond or doesn't pick up phone calls. All lies and waste your time. Big time liar. Fake promises. I can write more details.
Do yourself a favor and join somewhere else.
I do not know why INS or USCIS is not checking this website but i hope they do some day and catch this HR and through him out of US.
Its the time to clean the mess.

flag - 1/24/2017 - No.As per the website policy, i can not give you the name of the HR but you can find the HR name in this website if you spend little more time on this website. But i can tell you 100% that joining in this company would be your biggest mistake of your life.
Do not waste your time with this company.
I am seriously wondering why INS/ USCIS is not catching this fellow and through him out of US.I just hope INS will go and check all their records and find all the flaws and shut this company up. -

One of the worst HR department to work with.Unlimited calls and mails moreover sleepless nights with this company.HR department never responds or pick up phone calls.

Current 3i Consultant.. - 7/10/2012 - If you would like to get mental tortured by them, then join 3i.
This is the worst company in the world. They wont give any information about your perm process.
They will do the process very very very ...slowly..
They will collect money starting from I140 through money orders with out writing any name on it..
They wont give you any kind of information about your status, Extension .. anything..
They wont respond to your calls...
Nobody can save you if you join 3i. This is my sincere review from my heart. And the decision is in your hand. -

Anyhow, this is the worst consultancy firm you can work with. These guys kept fooling that they are marketing my resume and conducted a 3 month training. Taught crap testing tools on trial versions of software tools like QTP and Quality Center. Even after 3 months in to the process I did not receive a single interview call. Not sure how is it with other consultants and I do understand that job market can be a bit of gamble, but how much?
They don't care a bit. Don't respond at all. You have to chase them. I think this is because this is not the only source of revenue for these guys. But they are an arm of ICICI infotech and I think that they can sustain wihtout working from their India funds.
Guys, Please stay away from them. Else you will repent it.

commenti was lied to several times. although the H1B paperwork and salary payments were on time, I was given a very hard time during the PERM process. The company's lawyer is a very dangerous man. He was very inaccessible and pricey. If possible, get your own lawyer and do not rely on the company's lawyer.

commentI agreed with other comments & would suggest not to join this. They do not have direct client & their business manager are least bother if consultant is on bench as they do not leave any thing. If you are working they will get their 30% if you are on bench they won;t loose any thing; this is their thinking. They are no more then robots & do not help at all on the name of corporate policy and deduct the money from salary; then it candidate, who needs to run behind them to know the reason of deduction. They are hopeless.....
