Tekstaffing is a big fraud desi consultancy don't keep ur IT career in risk by joining them, I worked for thm just for 6 months nd realized tht its a big mistake , thy spoiled my resume reputation in the market recruiters will have no clue which resume thy will market, all the recruiters will seat in india and work on ur resume thy change it as if it is thier word document. I cant say more here i can only say in 1 word is "Avoid this desi firm and save ur IT career"
